There are things that will happen in our day to day life that will be transforming....and this is one of those things that I know will forever change me and my family! As a Christian I choose not to hoard good things, so I want to make sure you have the date written down on your calendar in big black marker!
I can't help but look back at the last Seminar, which was on Bible study. The Hall's/Schlattmann's/Waldburger's have never been the same. It has transformed our lives and God has used that seminar to help us understand His Word more clearly! I am more hungry for the Word....and get excited to mine out all the gold I can in a passage of Scripture we might be studying together or just in my personal reading time. Its a blast pulling out the "pinwhackata" stick and beating the good stuff out of the text!
So what can get better than that? Learning and knowing what the Bible says about prayer. Like water is to a fish is prayer to a Christian. It is the breath of our life. If you want to stop growing than one of the fastest ways is to stop praying. Because I know of my inability of doing anything apart of God's grace I need Him more and prayer is a way of asking for His help in this life....through His power and grace I can do much....prayer is one of the keys to growth in holiness! It teaches us to be dependent upon all that our God is! Just think about God being all sovereign and knowing everything while answering prayer....just mind blowing!
I am excited and I hope your with me on this. Last Seminar sold out and I except the same from this event too. I don't know any details but as soon as my home church posts the details you will know. I do know that the event will take place on October 10th! So may you be encouraged and excited about this event. It will change the way I live my life and it will do the same for you! God is doing big things....and I am just so thankful to be apart of these little things that do big things in the lives and hearts of man!

Prayer; hard spiritual warfare. We need to take prayer seriously. How can we expect God to work on our behalf if we go to Him only when we are in trouble, or for our wish list? He wants our wills to be in line with His.
I am sure it will be an awesome day of looking at our privilege of talking with the God of the universe.
